    Complete membership status is granted when both your information and payment is received and processed by our organization. The membership calendar follows the yearly calendar (Janurary 1st-December 31st). All memberships will expire on December 31 of the current cycle regardless of when you sign up. UPOz membership is not refundable. Please review the membership information and form carefully.
